Writer's picture: maxx garciamaxx garcia

Heres how to make these super easy oreo fudge bars what you will need: * small or medium mixing bowl * a pot the same size or smaller than the bowl ( this is for the double boiler method. if u dont have a glass stove top bowl you can use a pot or metal mixing bowl. i used 2 pots) * whisk or spatula for mixing * brownie pan or cupcake tray ( depending on what you wanna use ) * optional: cupcake liners ingredients: - oreos ( any kind u want :) i just used regular ) - 1 tin sweetened condensed milk - at least 2-2 1/2 cups white chocolate or chocolate melts - step by step instructions: 1. melt your chocolate or candy melts in a double boiler double boiler: in your pot eyeball 1/2 inch water and place your bowl on the pot. have the heat on medium making sure the water DOES NOT boil. 2. once the water is warm enough, you will be able to see the bowl steaming up or it will feel warm to the touch, add in your chocolate and let it melt for 30 seconds. mix the chocolate until completely melted. make sure to mix well so it doesn’t burn. if your chocolate isnt melting well remove from the heat. add in 1/2 tsp of water at a time and mix VIGOROUSLY & i mean VIGOROUSLYYYYY until it melts completely. you will see it starting to soften up and getting un-clumped. put back on the heat and mix some more. 3. once your chocolate is melted add in your condensed milk and mix until it is all incorporated. 4. remove it from the heat and let cool for a bit. 5. CRUSH YOUR OREOOOOS i used a baggie but you can smash them in a bowl or any way you’d like. TAKE YOUR ANGER OUT ON THEM! best stress reliever :D 6. add in your oreos and fold them in. 7. grab your pan or cupcakes tray and fill them up with the goodies. i personally added an oreo at the bottom but you can do what youd like! 8. freeze for 30mins-1hr 9. optional: add melted white chocolate on top. 10. ENJOY!!!!
